"I been a State Farm customer for years and I never had any problems but a few months ago I add a car that I just bought from the car dealership and i specifically requested car rental coverage over the phone I guess that was my mistake for trusting the people working there , So when I got into a car crash a few days a i discovered that the change was never made , so I end up having to pay out of pocket the rental , and I call to see what happened and the person that supposedly help me was rude and condescending, So a learn the hard to have everything on writing from now on , For the record I’m still a State Farm. Customer , just different agency"

"Livia is my go to girl for all my insurance needs when Jason is not available. Her response time on answering my emails, calls, and questions are fast and very helpful. Price is reasonable as well. "The agent spent time comparing my current policy, showing me additional services and coverage her company could offer. She was through in explaining the differences.
